Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is free on all Australian orders over $99 AUD. Orders under $99 AUD are charged a flat rate shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery Times
Australian orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days of dispatch. International orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
Split Deliveries
Depending on the size of your order, your items may arrive in more than one parcel and may be delivered a day or two apart. This is normal and no action is needed from you.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel has been dispatched. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to begin updating after the label is created.
